| Beautiful Friendship | Rodrigo Concerto | Concerto For Peterlee |
Gone are the days where your wedding music came from a decrepit old chap knocking a few notes out on an old organ (No offence to any decrepit old musicians out there ) or even worse an old tape machine playing some hissy background music.
It's becoming more and more accepted to have a live musician such as myself play for one of the most important events in your life.

Whether your marriage is a civil ceremony or a religious ceremony I can cater for all tastes. The most important part of my contact will be to discuss with you exactly what you wish.
If you are not sure what sort of music you require, I can play you some samples of different styles to try and gain the mood of the day.
If yours is a civil ceremony, remember that you can have any music you wish as long as the title or lyric does not contain any religious references.
A civil ceremony consists of :-
The Gathering - I will play your choice of music or style whilst the guests arrive and have a chat before finding their seats for the ceremony. This could be any length of time, just let me know. If you have a wedding planner or a hotel wedding guide, I will liaise with them to ensure all the timings are smooth and flowing.
The Procession - The wedding march, but any music of your choice can be played at this point. I have had some unusual requests in my time - it is up to you. It is generally better that people aren't either tapping their feet to the music or humming along to one of the current chart hits.
Signing of the register - this is generally something lighter while the crowd is trying to get a look at the bride and groom now they are married and the best man runs around trying to find the witness's.
The Recession - this is when the wedding party leaves the wedding ceremony area. This is most commonly something more jovial, lively and celebratory - big band pieces for example. This continues until the last person has left the venue.
It is often popular for hotels to utilise the same space and miraculously turn the ceremony venue and the dining area into the disco for the evening celebrations. If I need to move the equipment that is fine.
Again, it is your choice of music that I play whilst your guests chat and eat their meal.
I will of course stop when the speeches start. Although it has been known for a daring bride or groom to sing a few verses of either a favourite song or one they have written for the occasion (With my help !)
Once the speeches have finished, I can continue until the evenings entertainment starts.
Dress for you is optional, dress for me is formal - Tux, shiny shoes and cummerbund (which comes in handy in storing a biscuit or two from the buffet !). If you wish me to dress to a colour scheme , even that could be arranged but I do draw the line at wearing the same dress as the bridesmaids.
